"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

alright, so there is a nice little delay on when something becomes available. First upload is good, and the second (a little handheld theme i threw together a long time ago) is going up as well, misspelled the title, but ill fix it as soon as its up.
